Refund & Exchange Policy
Customers can return orders for a refund within 30 days of placing your order. Your item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unstained.
To request a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your item(s). Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once a return is confirmed and accepted by AWL NSW, customers are responsible for returning the item to Animal Welfare League NSW. We are only able to refund returned items once they are received.
Please opt for tracked shipping where possible. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the returned funds.
Please note any postage costs and donations made during checkout will not be refunded.
We cannot offer returns on sale items or gift cards.
We kindly ask you to review the size guides on items before purchase to avoid needing an exchange, however we understand sometimes it happens!
We currently don’t offer traditional exchanges, rather we ask that you please request a refund at email@example.com. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund and then you are able to reorder the size / item you would like, provided it is in stock.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item so we can investigate.
